Why Do I Have To Pay For Premium Access?
Answer:
Although ONE AND ALL is a NOT-FOR-PROFIT organization, there are many administrative systems and processes we rely on to ensure the kind of quality experience we feel our members should enjoy. These administrative tasks cost money. It was important for us to keep the membership fee as low as possible and still cover our expenses. We wanted to allow access to anyone and everyone who is drawn to a community such as this. This i why we have a FREE membership level with MANY perks and benefits. The PREMIUM level is for the Spiritual "power-user". Our PREMIUM members have access to products which sell from $9 to $50 each. Premium music CDs, feature films and documentaries, ebooks and audio books, meditation tracks, and MORE. We feel we've created a perfect balance between providing incredible value for our members while at the same time covering our administration costs.
Can I Attend A Webinar If I'm Only At The Free Membership Level?
Answer:
ABSOLUTELY! The webinars are open to all on a first-come basis. There is a limit to how many attendees can participate in a webinar. Even if you are registered, if you arrive too late, the may be no more room left. The webinar replays are available to PREMIUM members only. So if you are not a PREMIUM member, be sure to register and show up early for the live webinar. Check the ONE AND ALL webinars page (as well as your ONE AND ALL email updates for announcements for upcoming webinars.
I Upgraded To Premium, But There Are Still Unavailable Items
ANSWER:
Some PREMIUM content is available immediately upon registering your PREMIUM membership. Other content will be made available shortly thereafter. This type of system is know as a "DRIP" system and is meant to prevent the unfortunate practice of registering, downloading all the premium content and promptly canceling. In essence grabbing hundreds of dollars' worth of content with no remuneration to ONE AND ALL.
Nothing Happens When I Click On Certain Items.
ANSWER:
If you see content labeled MEMBER CONTENT or PREMIUM CONTENT this means you are either not logged in or you have not registered for that level of content. Simply log in at the top of the page or upgrade your membership to gain greater access to the growing ONE AND ALL library of AMAZING content.
How Do I Know If I'm Logged In Or Not?
ANSWER:
Look up at the top of any page. If you see your welcome message: "NAMASTE [your name]! Then you are logged in! If, however, it asks you whether you are a member or not and offers a green LOG IN button and purple JOIN button, then you are not yet logged in.
